seems like the cmu3 can only output serial or pwm. the serial is limited to 115kbps so it can not sit on the bioloid bus (like HaViMo).
AFAIK, the CM510 can't digest pwm signals. so check if you can connect the cmu3 serial to the CM510's zig100 connector or otherwise use an arduino or something small similar to link with the cmu3 over serial and output some analog signal or whatever the CM510 likes to eat.
