Premium CD content

I have just brought a Bioloid comprehensive kit that had been upgraded to a primum kit. All the right parts are there but there were was no CD.
I have managed to download all the software and all the manuals from the comprehenive kit but am not sure I have all the bits from the premimum CD. Can anyone help me identify what is on the premium CD that might be missing and where I can get it from?
The things I cant find is a PDF for the C510 controler programming. I have got one for the C5, user giude V1, but am sure there should be a new version for the C510. I know there is the online e-manual but that does not seem to cover as well the programming.

I suppose that you already have visited the programming pages of the Robotis eManual

theres nothing much on the CD apart from the roboplus software, and i don't know anything about a programming book for the CM-510 as even the premium kit didn't have one so far i've been looking at the existing examples and experimenting,

Thank you for the comments and links. I have looked at the on line e-book but it does not cover the programming in as much detail as the comprehensive book.

There is a pragramming book for the software which explains how the programming works, it's very good but it is quite old and does not cover the new permium controller
