Here are pics of the front and back of a CM5.

The side with the tall caps scanned poorly as I could not get the board close to the scanner.

I have identified some of the major components as follows:
Q1=PMBT2907A
Q2=IRLR024N

U2=78M05
U4= NCP1117DT33
MAX202
MEGA128
74HC126D
two 3,300uF, 17V capacitors
