Congratulations! I WAS going to get one, but eventually decided on the MANOI.

The Bioloid is fascinating, and seems to be great support here for it. Do you plan to go through the manual building each iteration of it, or jump right into humanoid?

Hey , I am going to go straight in for the humaniod!!! Go in at the deep end!
I have had a bit of trouble buying the bioloid, dont know if anyone can help? Purchased it realised address was slightly wrong went back to change it through re-order. I had confirmation of cancellation but nothing else :S. If i go to ccnow the current order is pending. Do you no where they are based as I am in uk. Did not know if they were behind or ahead time wise so I could mail them and get an answer. Thanks ,
Dave

Build at least of couple of the other ones first. They are fun and it'll help with the humanoid.

Personally I started with the roobotic arm - quick&easy way to hone your skills, understand the instruction style and how to use the software and CM5.

Then you can go onto the bigger beasts. Personally I built the Hexapod next... infact I find the hexapod so interesting that I have not built the Biped yet (I have a Robonova as well so I am in no hurry to experiment with the Bioloid biped).

The RN vs. hexapod is always an entertaining match albeit very one sided (hexapod appears to be invincible).

I thought the droid, gerwalk, and the puppy were pretty cool.
