hi, im just wondering if anyone can show how to built a humanoid from scratch.
im planning to build one but i dont know what servo to use and how to do the programmings.
please help.

To adequately answer this question, you need to determine your resources. Will you build your own brackets or buy them? What is your budget for the project? What are your final objectives and applications, and level of experience?
There's some complete postings in this forum about scratch robots, and you could follow through from the start to finish, and gain enough information to design your own.

I'm planning to use the robonova brackets and servos.
i would like a suggestion on the controller board. i would like to use c to program.

I'm planning to use the robonova brackets and servos.
i would like a suggestion on the controller board. i would like to use c to program.
Both the Hammer and the Gumstix look like good choices. I particularly like the small form factor of the Hammer, the Gumstix is larger but with the benefit of more peripherals on-board. Have a bit of a google, build a short-list and post it here for people to comment on.
