Not sure if it's Santa or Rudolph. Any ideas?

Shows the attachment of a jumbo LED without the
use of a dropping resistor by using software with
pulse width modulation thus regulating the voltage
drop across the LED. PWM is kept indexed from 0
to 8 in a loop, creating a blinking effect.
