Hi,

First of all i'm sorry if this isn't the correct section of the forum to write it. It just seemed to me te right one, but perhaps i'm wrong.

We were trying to use a PDA to control our KHR-1 coding a C# small program would be able to move the servos. In fact we know that the program works... but connecting the kondo serial port to a PC, not to a PDA.

The PDA is a HP iPAQ hx2190 and it has a female serial com. plug ( in fact i'm not sure if this is what one calls male... is the one with holes) and as the PDA also has a female s.c. we are using a home made connector (it connects every pin from one side to the other) . If we connect the PDA to a PC we can see through hyperterminal that it is sending the right instructions, but when we connect it to the KHR-1 it does nothing ( and the green led remains off so it seems theere is no transmission).

It's the same when we use our Acer PDA.

Any of you has tried to do this and had the same problem? or any of you knows where is the problem?

Thanks in advance.
