Hi all. I hope this is the proper forum for my question.
I have a simple motion detector. When it detects motion, it turn on a 120 volt switch for either 30 sec, 1 min, 5 min, or 10 minutes.
I also have an air line with an on/off ball valve.
Here is the valve I'm talking about:
http://www.surpluscenter.com/item.asp?i ... atname=air
What i need is a servo i can plug into the motion detector. When the power is turned on, the servo turns on the valve and when the power is switched off, the servo closes the valve back.
Or i dont even need the servo to turn off the valve, a simple spring or bungy cord could do that when the servo stops pulling the valve.
The servo needs not be very strong because the valve can be turned by hand with two fingers. The valve has a 90 degree rotation between on and off.
What kind of servo would do this?
And where could i find such servo?
Thanx for your help!
Cheers,
