I think for my next homebuilt robot, it would be more easy to purchase the brackets from a source that does have bulk quantities in stock, manufactured by a CNC company. That should eliminate any setup charges and off-the-shelf brackets can be an advantage. They're readily available in sizes and configurations required. It's also possible to mix and match brackets from companies, as long as they fit the servos being used and the screw holes align or new holes are drilled.

The sun project looks good.

the only down side apart from the price is that it only used a 180 mhz arm chip if you used the new 500 mhz chip it would be a nice little product. I like the sensor input board if it had 20 output for PWM then it would be prefect for my KHR.
